“Yet again this company have not provided what was requested! the product received is not suitable and the unwillingness to rectify the issue - Customer service is poor. I even responded to Syed with the original request to make sure that there would not be any mix up like the last two times!!”

Thank you for your review. Firstly I would like to apologise for your experience. We have investigated this and can confirm the special requirement for your order was not communicated with our CC team by yourself. By default, our rolls are sold in singles and we only sell them at multiple labels across if this is requested by the customer. The order was raised to your requirements and after checking all emails and attachments I can confirm there was no communication for this. If you can please inform our customer care team while placing an order if you have any special requirements so we add this to your order. We hope your next experience with AA labels will be a better one.

“The labels were good, a couple of points that were not so good were that on a roll of 200 labels, there were 2 joins, the labels over the joins had a red marking making them unusable and interrupted labelling the bottles. also, the cardboard roll was shorter than the width of the roll of labels which causes an issue with my label applicator.”

Hi Vincent, Firstly I would like to apologise for your experience. Joints are very common on roll labels however, if this is something that doesn't work for you then you can raise this with our customer care team who will communicate this with our production team. The standard size of the roll core is always equal to the width of the label not to the width of the backing paper, if you require the core size to be more than the label size then please inform our customer care team while placing an order in future as this is a bespoke service. We hope your next experience with AA labels will be a better one.
