“The labels are great but the website is poor. Looking at previous orders and trying to reorder is difficult”

“I’m very pleased with the labels you supplied - we use them as labels for our home-made jams and pickles. I do have a minor complaint. The first time I ordered the labels, I only bought 10 because the price was so high. I didn’t realise that by ordering more labels the price per label would drop dramatically. It would suggest this is made clear on the ordering page. I was very annoyed when I discovered I had paid appx £17 for 10 sheets, when I could have paid less than twice that amount for 100 sheets!”

“I love everything about the labels but the customer service is really letting the team down, it’s really disappointing. I spent nearly 3k on labels with you in the past and customer service back then was great. Now I’m looking to go elsewhere due to how unhelpful a member of your staff has been, this is due to lack of knowledge of the labels you offer, my questions going unanswered and also being told the wrong information. There has been no desire to help me whatsoever. This has really slowed down my label project and I’m now having to go elsewhere for it. It’s such a shame. I think some of your employers need more support and training.”

“I run a printing company but didn't have time to print the 1000 labels my customer needed in a hurry AA labels digitally printed them for me the colour was a perfect match and the quality great. Also arrived very quick.”

“Just bought some labels as a first time buyer. Very impressed with the price, speed of delivery and packaging. And the labels aren't bad, either! I'd like to give 6*.... One very, very minor complaint. The printed QR codes on the packaging are too small at 0.9mm sq! Took me abouit 90 secs for my Samsung phone to correctly read them. Can you please, please print them larger!! Thanks!!!!”
