Our website is continually growing to and unlike many of our competitors, we are backed up by over 20 years of knowledge, over 120,000 square feet of warehousing and some of the largest oak and pine showrooms in the UK. Also we do not rely solely on imports, we have many suppliers in our portfolio with many from the UK this allows us to provide the very best in oak, pine or painted furniture and also the ability to provide made to measure items too.

“Southampton store was brilliant, excellent customer service. Delivery gentleman were quick and efficient, very friendly and helpful a little behind on schedule but totally understand why as they made sure our sofa was put together properly and in the right place.”

“We are looking forward to the new bed arriving soon. Fantastic service so far, our daughter is due an operation soon and we were offered to come in after hours so we could get in to look at the beds , thank you very much, we really appreciated this so much ! “Our visit to the Poole showroom did not take long as we chose the two 2-seater sofas in minutes. WE were told that there would be a two month wait which did not faze. The store kept us informed of the delays to the delivery for a variety or reasons outside their control. The sofas have now arrived and they are superb. Our thanks to the store for their courteous manner and to the delivery team who were very cheerful on the bad weather day. There were a few marks on one of the arms which we will try to polish them out. The driver said that if the problem remains to call the store for a replacement arm. we will see what transpires in the next few days.”

“I spoke a couple of times with a very helpful man called Derek at the Eastleigh branch. He was very helpful, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. I have only just ordered our bedroom furniture today so can’t review the actual product or delivery at the moment but if the customer service over the phone is anything to go by they too should be excellent. Thank you.”

“Had a problem with a recliner chair spoke to the manager Charles at the Southampton branch he immediately ordered a replacement without any fuss also sent a couple of men to see if they could fix but not able to mend.I now have the replacement chair and have nothing but praise for the service I have received Great customer service”
