Very disappointing. Poor quality of coffee. Never roasted on the day it says it was. Took longer than expected to arrive. And expensive for what it was. Will not be using them again.

I waited weeks for my order, I tried to cancel as I went elsewhere. Account disabled. Kept putting the phone down on me and continues to charge me. I'm going to my bank.

I’ve been trying for over a week to contact someone about our order which was incorrect when it arrived. We’re still waiting for a reply. If we’d had one I might be able to leave a review about the product.

Ordered the coffee with free keep cup, received the coffee but not the keep cup. Sent two emails over a week ago, received nothing back. Really poor, which is a shame because the coffee tasted great

Waited a week for delivery, told staff there my coffee machine is temperamental and only works with fresh coffee, I have a sage barista touch. Coffee crema is poor and splutters out the machine once it's dialled in.

Ordered 29.05.23 Notification of delivery on 30.05.23 Did not arrive X3 emails asking for updates were not replied to Finally got through to someone on phone on 07.06.23 No apology Delivered 08.06.23 Not a great experience unfortunately

I am sorry to have to leave a 1 star review but I feel it is the only way to get in touch concerning a problem with my order. It arrived within a few days but contained an order for another customer. Unfortunately, my emails and Facebook messenger messages have not been answered and the phone number on your website is unavailable. Your product is excellent, but the facility to sort out a mistake in the order delivered appears to be very customer unfriendly. I remain waiting for instructions as to how to return and replace the order which I received.

I haven't received my coffee? Email doesn't work with tracking so I can't see where it is, it just says my order is being prepared.

Order 2 weeks ago. No coffee received and no reply to look into it. Could I know why the tracking information is so opaque? Disappointed. I am about to moving out so please check it again. Many thanks.

Still actually waiting for my order, nearly 2 weeks after purchasing. Customer service comes across pretty arrogant and when i've asked for a refund, haven't managed to get anywhere with them, other than them saying they're unable to offer me one as there 'isn't actually a problem with the product' - other than me not having received it obviously!

Ordered nearly 3 weeks in advance of Christmas, as a gift. It didn't arrive so had to buy something else. I won't be buying from here again.
