“The Hope blend was literally everything you would hope for in a fresh roast coffee - completely did the job and was just what I wanted and needed after being exhausted by paddleboarding all morning on holiday The summer blend was a shocprise - as in a surprising shock! I hadn’t noticed the tea notes so wasn’t expecting our coffee to taste of tea! That said, next time we made it stronger and enjoyed as a more refreshing cuppa (rather than uplifting which Hope provides) The low star rating is due to the really confusing offer messages on the website and in emails - left me feeling there was much that I might miss if I didn’t tick the right boxes…and then the post system failed. When it did arrive it was a lovely box but completely u sealed: luckily I think everything was still inside Eventually found a phone number to call as no replies to emails. Response then was good”

“Wanted it to be so much more, excited by some of the promised notes and flavour tones, BUT disappointingly the coffee tasted unfresh and unvibrant. Unsure if the 'roasted on' date was genuine...have to have a super thin grind and pack the portafilter to get any flavour going.”

“The coffee I ordered arrived quickly however was roasted almost 10days before. Given that I live a mile away from the roastery I would expect to receive a fresh batch. Tried to contact 92deg about it but they don’t have an email contact on the website and their app support is handled by some Australian company who had no idea of which shop I was complaining about.”
