“The coffee tasted stale and I couldn't make a decent cup. I requested some tips and was advised to read the instructions for my coffee machine. I had high expectations that were not even closely met. The customer service person seemed nice though.”

“Delivery took about 15 days to arrive. Sent two emails to hello@92degrees.coffee for an update and no response to either email (not very good customer service!). Called and spoke to a helpful person in the Roastery and was sorted eventually.”

“Please consider sending shipments with a tracking reference because without one it isn't possible to ask Royal Mail to redeliver and one has to trek to their sorting office to collect the parcel.”

“The Pod’s wouldn’t work with two different Nespresso machines. Pretty gutted as I was looking forward to using them as I love the coffee! I tried asking on Instagram if there was a problem, but no reply.”

“I don’t rate the coffee, I have other monthly subscriptions and they have a lot more flavour and depth. Would put this on a par with £4 coffee beans from supermarket.”
