Coffee is excellent, local delivery service is great now that they have stopped using Royal Mail and started delivering themselves.

Ordered 29.05.23 Notification of delivery on 30.05.23 Did not arrive X3 emails asking for updates were not replied to Finally got through to someone on phone on 07.06.23 No apology Delivered 08.06.23 Not a great experience unfortunately

Delivery took about 15 days to arrive. Sent two emails to hello@92degrees.coffee for an update and no response to either email (not very good customer service!). Called and spoke to a helpful person in the Roastery and was sorted eventually.

Expensive, really disappointed by the quality / taste. I had good expectations after reading reviews but I can get better quality and cheaper coffee at alternative places online

I am sorry to have to leave a 1 star review but I feel it is the only way to get in touch concerning a problem with my order. It arrived within a few days but contained an order for another customer. Unfortunately, my emails and Facebook messenger messages have not been answered and the phone number on your website is unavailable. Your product is excellent, but the facility to sort out a mistake in the order delivered appears to be very customer unfriendly. I remain waiting for instructions as to how to return and replace the order which I received.

I haven't received my coffee? Email doesn't work with tracking so I can't see where it is, it just says my order is being prepared.

Order 2 weeks ago. No coffee received and no reply to look into it. Could I know why the tracking information is so opaque? Disappointed. I am about to moving out so please check it again. Many thanks.

Still actually waiting for my order, nearly 2 weeks after purchasing. Customer service comes across pretty arrogant and when i've asked for a refund, haven't managed to get anywhere with them, other than them saying they're unable to offer me one as there 'isn't actually a problem with the product' - other than me not having received it obviously!

Ordered nearly 3 weeks in advance of Christmas, as a gift. It didn't arrive so had to buy something else. I won't be buying from here again.

Love being able to get my coffee pods delivered to my door, all recyclable which is so important, oh and the coffee is amazing too, with lots of delicious iced coffee on this hot weather!

Fantastic subscription service, as well as in-store coffee. Subscription always arrives in good-time, and all of the stores we have visited (mainly Myrtle St) have very friendly staff and a great interior. Keep it going!
