“Well, took a punt on 92 degrees and was not disappointed. For anyone out there who is a “coffee snob” and hasn’t gave 92 Degrees a shot, then do it!”

“Didn’t realise the shop was in liverpool when I ordered but coffee was fresh and tastes amazing too when it arrived quicker than expected. Would highly recommend”

“Delivery took about 15 days to arrive. Sent two emails to hello@92degrees.coffee for an update and no response to either email (not very good customer service!). Called and spoke to a helpful person in the Roastery and was sorted eventually.”

“I am sorry to have to leave a 1 star review but I feel it is the only way to get in touch concerning a problem with my order. It arrived within a few days but contained an order for another customer. Unfortunately, my emails and Facebook messenger messages have not been answered and the phone number on your website is unavailable. Your product is excellent, but the facility to sort out a mistake in the order delivered appears to be very customer unfriendly. I remain waiting for instructions as to how to return and replace the order which I received.”

“Still actually waiting for my order, nearly 2 weeks after purchasing. Customer service comes across pretty arrogant and when i've asked for a refund, haven't managed to get anywhere with them, other than them saying they're unable to offer me one as there 'isn't actually a problem with the product' - other than me not having received it obviously!”

“I've been with these guys for over 2years and they've always been great. If you have an issue and you need to contact them they respond quickly and my problems have always been resolved quickly. You can postpone orders when you need to. The coffee is brilliant and never older than a week when it arrives which alone makes it worth while.”
