“Quite excellent. My Discovery 3 engine, after 130,000 miles and full service record, suddenly seized. Engine Fitters gave me detailed estimates based on my exploratory investigations and their driver picked up the car very promptly. Throughout the dismantling process, they kept me fully informed, with pictures, of the “Horror Show” and diagnosed the original cause to be a disintegrated oil pump leading to bearing seizure and conrod failure. Work was carried out quickly, in line with original estimates and additional offences were also taken into consideration and rectified at my request while the car was on their premises. I have no reservations against recommending Engine Fitters’ services to other unfortunates with the same fate!”

“At first we went to a Range Rover specialist in West London where we lost all faith in specialist mechanics and the car sat there for a month accumulating bills. Out of a cry for help we spoke to Ali and Adam who knew exactly what the problem was over the telephone. They then organised recovery from the specialist We were then kept well informed every step of the way by email and photos of every single stage of the rebuild. They looked after the overfinch throughout whilst in their possession as if it was there own.The guys were brilliant and would recommend them to anyone. “I have a 2010 BMW 3 series that seized on me in September. I spoke to Ali, I was quoted just over £2100 for a recovery and refit with a 6 month warranty which was cheaper than anywhere else. They updated me during the process with WhatsApp photos and the car was fixed within a week. The car runs absolutely fine now and is as good as new. Highly recommend for anyone who is in a similar situation.”

“I didn't know this company before I decided to use them. I read up the reviews online. I almost blindly made a decision to have my X5 recovered by them to their workshop after a couple of phone conversations. My X5 was photographed on arrival and I was already quoted a price prior to recovery. I paid the deposit. I was also informed that my car will be in a queue. To be very honest I was worried about my end bill at this stage. Ali kept in touch with me throughout the whole process of having my engine rebuilt as well as both turbos. One my X5 was ready I was asked to come in to collect it. I was told to run in the engine for 2000 miles which I did so. I returned to Engine Fitters to have a service and a check carried out. All was well. I'm very happy with the work carried out by Ali and his team and I do recommend them. My end bill was only a coupe of hundred of pounds over the original quote, to me this was perfectly acceptable and reasonable. They do what they say they will do. I now consider Ali as a great contact and friend. Thank you very much Ali and his team. Best regards Harry.”
