I didn't know this company before I decided to use them. I read up the reviews online. I almost blindly made a decision to have my X5 recovered by them to their workshop after a couple of phone conversations. My X5 was photographed on arrival and I was already quoted a price prior to recovery. I paid the deposit. I was also informed that my car will be in a queue. To be very honest I was worried about my end bill at this stage. Ali kept in touch with me throughout the whole process of having my engine rebuilt as well as both turbos. One my X5 was ready I was asked to come in to collect it. I was told to run in the engine for 2000 miles which I did so. I returned to Engine Fitters to have a service and a check carried out. All was well. I'm very happy with the work carried out by Ali and his team and I do recommend them. My end bill was only a coupe of hundred of pounds over the original quote, to me this was perfectly acceptable and reasonable. They do what they say they will do.
