Quite excellent. My Discovery 3 engine, after 130,000 miles and full service record, suddenly seized. Engine Fitters gave me detailed estimates based on my exploratory investigations and their driver picked up the car very promptly. Throughout the dismantling process, they kept me fully informed, with pictures, of the “Horror Show” and diagnosed the original cause to be a disintegrated oil pump leading to bearing seizure and conrod failure. Work was carried out quickly, in line with original estimates and additional offences were also taken into consideration and rectified at my request while the car was on their premises. I have no reservations against recommending Engine Fitters’ services to other unfortunates with the same fate!
