“Excellent service from these guys, gave me a price & told me if the crankshaft needed replacing it would be extra that was before I took the vehicle to them there were no extras so the price was what we agreed initially. Fizel has a very positive attitude basically he said leave it we us we will fix it because this is what we specialise in. Rebuilding an engine for a modern Range Rover is a complicated job most garages won’t touch it. Would highly recommend these guys they specialise in a particular field and do it very well for a reasonable price.”

“The engine on my Discovery 4 gave in after 165000 miles, and after struggling to find someone local that was remotely interested in providing any sort of satisfactory service Engine Fitters broke the mould. They promptly collected my car from Manchester and completed a full rebuild in around a week and then returned it to me on the date they had promised. They kept me fully informed on a daily basis of all work done sending me photos of the progress. I also know that it was my engine they were photographing because of some unique markings I knew to be on the engine. I can honestly recommend Engine Fitters 100%. Well done, thank you and what a refreshing change.”

From the first point of contact with them, they have been friendly, informative and helpful. They have communicated on every stage, with texts, calls and regular up dates with photos. They have explained the process and aftercare in great detail and with great care to ensure I understood so that I would benefit from getting the best from the reconditioned engine. Which I have appreciated and found reassuring. They had cleaned the vehicle to a high standard. The vehicle is running very smoothly and I look forward to many more miles from it now. “Recently they have repaired my R.R Sport L494, nearly whole engine parts and 2 turbo has changed. It's been 2 months and engine running smoothly, no leaks no noise. They are friendly and trustworthy. Their whole garage full up with Range rovers and waiting for repairs ,they know what they are doing and they specialise on these costly SUV. “My Vauxhall Zafiras timing belt broke destroying the engine. Its a 2010 model that was my dads and since his passing is the only thing I have to remeber him by. We were quoted £6000 at one place but my partner Holly found Engine Fitters for just £1500 and they took care of everything from picking up the car on a flatbed to documenting the process and sending regular updates in WhatsApp via pictures and videos, explaining along the way what was happening. I totally trust their expertise and from speaking to the owner (I believe his name was Ali) its clear he cares about the customers, the business and the work they do. They entirely stripped and rebuilt my engine. Taking time to test it and spot an issue with my exhaust, which they kindly rewelded in house rather than order a replacement part for an additional £350. It brought a tear to my eye picking up the car to see it treated with such respect. We had to wait a few minutes as the car was being cleaned inside and out and turned up gleaming. I can't express how happy I am with the service received and value for money. We were fully briefed on how to care for our new engine over the next 2000, miles as we break it in, knowing we have the garages suppport should anything happen. It really does feel and sound like new and means so much as this car is kept running in my dad's memory. I will definitely return to Engine Fitters for all my future needs, MOT and service. You can certainly trust their professional advice and honesty. Possessions of mine that had fallen under the seat were neatly placed in a pile, nothing missing, no complaints, theres a real level of respect and trust that is rare to find in this day and age. “Recently had a seized engine on a 60 plate discovery 4, after discussion with Ali, I had the car recovered and a snapped crank shaft and warped block diagnosed, swiftly repaired and returned in a better than new condition. “Found engine fitters on 1stchoice Spares. They emailed me with a price for an engine. I spoke with them built up a trust and within a few days we had agreed a price and they had picked up my range rover from manchester and took it to essex. All the way through they gave me an update on what was happening including pictures. The car had a re conditioned engine and a few other bits done on my range rover vogue. Within 4 weeks the car was ready to collect. The service was second to none. Very pleased with updates all throughout and put at ease with the regular updates. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Really happy with everything. Thanks very much!”

“Wow what can I say, I needed a full engine rebuild on my 3.0 tdv6 RangeRover sport and after reading the other reviews and a chat on the phone with Ali, I decided to go ahead with them. From start to finish of the process was really great, Ali arranged pickup of the vehicle and constantly updated me daily with pictures of the process and all done in just under a week. When I picked up the car it was cleaned and driving like new, I would highly recommend engine fitters and will definitely use their services again.
