“Kieren was excellent, so cheerful and really helpful! Got us back up and running with a backup 4G router and explained everything perfectly so we won't experience an outage again. Cannot recommend the service highly enough! Pridea 2010”

He replaced our faulty switch and reinstalled the lines to ensure we are more resilient going forward. “The HiHi phones are very efficient and we love all the small details included e.g parking and transferring calls, tablet and headset features, app. Very helpful staff who came in to install and set up our new phones. Really helped with training and talking us through all the details, answered any questions with no bother. Axis Property Group”

“Kieren installed our HiHi Phones and was very professional and hard working. We are very happy with the efficiency and knowledgeable information that was given to us. “Fabulous customer service and response… Fabulous customer service and response… Fabulous customer service and response times. We were let down by our current phone provider when we were moving office premises. 4com stepped in and provided us with a whole new phone system at very short notice (days). Our engineer, Dave Perry, came and spent the whole day installing the system and getting us up and running; even with no internet connection until the following week. Extremely helpful , even when I was constantly ringing and texting him to find out how to do something!! Thanks Dave”

“Both David Perry and Kieron Biltcliffe were very helpful and thorough during the installation. All questions were answered and training provided was more than sufficient. Further information was given in relation to on hold marketing request form, and how to fill it in. Very happy with the service provided from both engineers.”
