“Our Engineer Ian Blake was great to deal with. It was a difficult installation as we had an existing phone system and we were also changing the Broadband provider at the same time. Ian was incredibly knowledgable and explained all aspects of the install and the way to navigate the system in a clear fashion. We would certainly recommend the HiHi phone system and Ian as a skilled installation engineer.”

“Dan Charlesworth engineer was very efficient in wiring up our phones on Wednesday 2nd November as we were having a bit of difficulty with the phones going in and out on calls. He took the time to stay in our office until each phone was working ok. Very polite young man.”

“Im sorry to see there are so many one star reviews as i have found the 4Com experience positive. We have 5 phones in all and all of us are happy with them. The installment went OK and to personalise the system to your requirements is a doddle with a quick phone to support and telling them what you need rather than trying to figure out how to do it yourself. Today I spoke to Georgina on support, who was happy to help and carried out the adjustment efficiently. Thank you Georgina.”

“The installation of our upgraded HiHi devices were installed by Liam. He was excellent and did a great job with setting everything up for us. We won't ever change from HiHi, the system is brilliant and allows our business to function hassle free whether anyone is working in the office or at home.”

“great service provided from start to finish. Mark Disley was absolutely amazing. He did a fab job. Taking the time to show us the phone system and it's supporting systems. “At first glance the system looks really good and I'm sure that once we start using it we will find it far more user friendly than the old system, and once we are used to the full functionality it will have a positive impact on the business.
