We first got in contact with HiHi at the beginning of the month via the website.
They were quick in getting back to us and arranging a meeting with the sales person. The sales person was very helpful and made it easy to order the phones and get the ball rolling.
HiHi then arranged the next working day for an engineer to come out and install the phone system. Peter was also very helpful and left us with the new phone system up and running and training on how to use it.

“Our engineer Kieren has been brilliant, turned up when he was scheduled to and went through everything with us at each stage explaining why he was doing certain things.
When it came to training us all on with the new systems he was very thorough taking his time and making sure we all understood at each stage.
