“Great service received when our upgraded HiHi phone systems were installed. All work was carried out efficiently, along with clear training and guidance being given to our staff so we could get the most out of the product. Kieren explained all stages of the upgrade as he did them, and answered all our questions, making sure everything was in place before he left. Thank you!”

“Amazing communication and execution of our Phone System We recently updated our HiHi phones, the engineers that attended site were amazing! They could not do enough for us which made the experience seamless with no downtime during the swap over. Special mention to Chris and Jack!”

“Alex and Elliot were both fantastic professionals who worked seamlessly to implement the install of our new HiHi devices. Every staff member within Thomas Panels and Profiles were impressed with how quickly they got to work, and were always on hand for queries, with an answer always ready and demonstration always available for added help. We're very much hoping that they'll both be back with us for a further seamless second install date. Both are credit to your company.”

“Dealing with HiHi from minute one was really easy and seamless. Imrul was very personable and worked hard to secure us the best deal possible. The HiHi phone system is very good with extensive features and functionality. Our installation engineer Rich Smith was great. He was really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.”

“Chris from HiHi installed our upgraded phones today. He was punctual, professional and extremely courteous. Thank you for a job very well done Chris. We would absolutely recommend HiHi to anyone looking for a new phone system provider. We have had an awful experience with a previous provider and it is very refreshing to finally find a Company who provides a fantastic service.”

“We have just moved our phone and broadband away from BT to the HiHi system via 4Com. The whole process has been well organised and seamless, with no impact on our day to day business. Steve Mooney was the engineer who came to site to organise the switch over and he has been great to deal with explaining everything clearly and training us on how to use the new system.”

“Kieren arrived promptly at time stated. He is friendly and knowledgeable in his field. He knew exactly what was to be done and where everything was going, so got to work straight away, leaving myself to carry on with my job. His work is clean and swift, and he tidying everything up at the end and put back anything that he had moved. He ensure to check before he left if we were having any issues that he could help/assist with.”
