Our provider was bought out by 4 Com, rep tried to move us to new contract but at the time I simply couldn't be bothered to switch. What a lucky escape, other people nearby weren't so lucky, signed up for 2 years without being given written terms only to find that it is in fact a 7 year term with hugely inflated costs. Beware”
