The driver appeared to be unstable. Was constantly fiddling with his radio and would not see when traffic lights changed. When the cars behind would horn to alert him he would get angry and Blair his horn also. He may have been a bit tipsy as my pick up was very early in the morning

Picked up late on way out. Picked up late on arrival, considering it was 1:30am with young children, this is not acceptable. Shown no consideration or offered any compensation. Sent complaint to management and have had no response. Will not use again.

Dear Ammad, Firstly we would like to thank you for your patience and assistance in this particular case. In the meantime we did manage to investigate with the night controller what happened. Due to the fact that the booking was made for an 8 Seater during the night, he had to allocate a part time driver - as our most full time drivers work on day shifts. We cannot understand the driver's lateness, as he had no previous jobs from us and he was supposed to pick you up in a timely manner. I assure that I have forwarded this information to the drivers supervisor so he can address this in an appropriate manner with him. In regards to the answer not received, after checking our records, I can confirm that your email has not been received. This is the standard procedure for complaints - to be received in written, by email. Please allow me to refer further to the relevant clause : 12. Complaints We take complaints seriously and we will investigate every complaint thoroughly. Please provide as much information as possible when making a complaint, i.e. (Date, time, location, driver number, reason for complaint), via e-mail. We hope that you will understand that what happened was a singular case and offer us the chance to prove you that this was only an isolated incident and that we respect our customers. Agreeing that our usual level of delivering service was not met in this particular case and as our colleague confirmed, we would like to offer you a discount of 10£ off your next journey with us, in the hopes that you will decide to book with us again and give us the chance to offer you the level of service you are accustomed to. Called to check whether minicab could arrive 15 minutes earlier. They said no. The cab arrived 5 minutes late (though usually they should arrive a couple of minutes before). Car smelled of smoke inside. Will use someone else next time.

Dear Francisco, We thank you for sending us your honest opinion which is utmost important to us as. All our drivers are trained to be at the pick up address 10 minutes prior to the pick up time. However when unforeseen events appear, events that we cannot avoid, like jam traffic or the rush hour traffic as it was in this particular case, there is nothing that we can do just to keep informed the customers. I assure you that this situation was brought into the attention of the drivers supervisor so he can address this matter in an appropriate manner with him. Good as gold. My favourite cab company. Driver was right on time and ride home was speedy and without mishap. Our friend also booked on 247 and received the same service. Will use again without question.

The drive by itself was OK (pick-up time and drop-off). However, ones arrived at the airport the driver asked the passports to the passengers for no reason. Then, hi took pictures of them. We contacted the company the day after to find out why the driver needed our passport. The 247 AirportTransfer never replay to our security concerns. They just said someone would contact the driver... but we never got a replay. Overall, not just the driver service was disappointing, also the company dealing with our complains.

Dear Mr. Marc, Following your concern, we would like to inform you that we have immediately contacted the allocated driver. We thank you for bringing this into our attention and we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you. We have also checked our records and no official complaints were recorded that time. Probably this may be the reason why no one from our customer team members contacted you concerning this event. Had you contacted us by email, our customer service supervisor would have immediately replied as we have a 24 hours time frame for resolving a complaint. In the future we would highly appreciate to contact us by email. Moreover please allow me to refer to the relevant clause from Terms and Conditions as well: "12. Complaints We take complaints seriously and we will investigate every complaint thoroughly. Please provide as much information as possible when making a complaint, i.e. (Date, time, location, driver number, reason for complaint), via e-mail." We have forwarded below the driver's statement as well: "I'm really sorry to hear about this kind of complaints for our valued customers, and I'm writing you now, trying to explain a few things,hoping that this will help to make the situation more clear for the both sides. I arrived at pick up on time, met a spanish gentleman man, a very nice family. He handed over two ladies to me and advised to drop them off at Gatwick airport. While we were heading toward Gatwick I was captured by red light camera (because of the red bus) I thought I have to avoid 3 three points on my driving licence for that I needed evidences which shows that I was not driving at rush our I was not in hurry and so on. For all this I spoke with ladies and asked what time is their flight. They told me around 8:00am.In this scenario I needed evidence so I could show to the police that I was not driving in rush. Therefore I requested them "if you don't mind that I take a picture of your boarding pass ( as an evidence ) " and they said "we have no problem ". So I took a picture of their BOARDING PASS not the passports and specially, after having their consent ( picture are still saved in my mobile camera which can be sent by email upon request) I repeat that I did not take even single picture of their passports but only the boarding pass. To be honest, I do not know what I should have to do more, in order to sort out the situation described above. If you need anything else,regarding to this situation, please let me know. I was impressed with the service, especially as this was the first time I was using them. I had a 4am pick up, which was on time and the driver was friendly. On my return home, the driver was late - I had to call to find out how long he was going to be, which frustrated me after a long flight home. However, when he did arrive (about 20 minutes late)he was very apologetic, and did explain that he'd been stuck in particularly bad traffic. He managed to get me home pretty quickly, despite it being the start of rush hour on a Friday evening. I would look to use them again, as they are priced very competitively too.

I had reservations both for transport to London from Gatwick and for transport to Gatwick from my hotel.There was no problem during for my transport from Gatwick airport to the hotel.The driver was on time, he was very kind and he was a very good driver.But for my transport to Gatwick Airport from the hotel ,the driver did not come on time.He came about 25-30 minutes late and stopped across the street. Using a different route, the driver took us to the airport on the scheduled time. It would be better if the driver could be on time or at least it would be good to inform the clients in case of such delays. Kind regards.

The man he picked us up at Gatwick when we came in was very friendly and courteous. On the way back another man was only friendly, but it was ok for us. Good service we will claim your service at any time

The drivers were courteous and helpful. When there was a slight delay on the outward journey I was kept fully informed and we arrived with plenty of time for check in. All in all very happy with the service and would use again.

The car driver rang the night before to confirm the booking, turned up on time, helped with ALL our luggage and got is to Gatwick on time. Very happy with the service.

Took two drives (Gatwick-Stansted and a week later one return). Both drivers were very helpful and friendly and their cars were nice and clean. They were on time and did everything required and more.
