The first two where end cuts and turned out quite difficult to cook medium-rare.
The third cut was a middle cut that cooked to perfection, unfortunately, it turned out to be very tuff and chewy with very little taste and definitely not a melt in the mouth experience as advertised. Disappointed all around after looking forward to tasting wagyu for so long.
