“The last order was spot on, the goat shoulder stuffed greek style was really tender and flavoursome. Also the goat mince which were turned into Greek style sausages with orange zest. Will be bbqing the steaks tomorrow so watch thus space.”

“My trimmed oven-ready half a suckling pig arrived frozen and well packaged on the day that was confirmed. It came with complete cooking instructions that worked perfectly, I let it rest on the BBQ whilst my guests lipped their lips. It was a great showpiece and the meat was gorgeous, moist and sweet crackling was to die for. I will defo be ordering another one, great stuff, thanks to Diane”

“Prompt delivery, well packaged. Have sampled a selection of the items purchased - mostly Wagyu and Mangalitza - all very tasty, quick to cook and achieve a good degree of tenderness. Some items were fresh and some frozen (as I was informed) and the frozen items were still very well frozen.”

“A good selection of fresh and frozen products with excellent and efficient customer service. The Suckling Pig roast cooked over chopped vegetables and apples was delicious, not fatty or greasy and the overall taste was better than that served in a famous specialist cafe in Madrid. Their sausages are also top-notch.”
