“Well packaged & still frozen. Delivered on the due day. As for the products, I was pleasantly surprised that the bacon & sausages really did taste like proper old-school ones ( unlke ones I've had from other retailers which made the same claims but tasted no different to supermarket ones ) Most importantly, very little fat on the meat joints, not even the Hogget leg ( I'm not a fan of fatty meat )”

“The ordering process was so easy, and the fact I was able to just give them a call and ask a question beforehand was really helpful. The hogget shoulder was fantastic - I roasted it for five hours on Saturday and enjoyed with boulangere potatoes, then used the leftovers in a ragu on Sunday for friends. It was absolutely glorious - great quality. Even my wife, who is bordering on vegetarian, enjoyed it.”

“The website was nicely illustrated and easy to follow. I have ordered a Christmas pack which was promptly acknowledged followed soon after with a delivery date. If it’s anything like a good as the last pack, I am greatly looking forward to eating it!”

“Fantastic produce, top quality and top service too. I love the ethos of this little company - working across suppliers to use the full beast and make sure nothing goes to waste. That’s the kind of true sustainability that Big Food should be aiming for but then we all know big corporations only actually care about profit. My money goes to small businesses like Alternative Meats who actually do care about their customers, their industry and the animals. Keep up the great work guys - the products are delicious too!”
