“Had a couple of lovely plump pheasants which were very tasty and a piece of venison fillet which was both delicious and exceptionally tender. Seared for a couple of minutes either side, 5 minutes in a hot oven and it was ready - after a good rest it was perfect. Some rose veal went into a delicious pie and the lardons were perfect for adding to both a lentil dish and some fried cabbage. We came back for more and have ordered some larger bits for a lunch party.”

“It is not easy to find suppliers of game but you have been able to fill my orders, more than once, and the meat was delicious when cooked. As I live alone, I ate a partrige for my Christmas Day meal and it was absolutely delicious”

“Brilliant experiences with this company. Excellent quality produce delivered consistently over multiple orders. The Wagyu short ribs are a particular favourite, and I’ll be back soon for bacon, which was exceptional. Will definitely purchase from Alternative Meats again.”
