“I love the quality of the meat and the variety. Especially 'nose to tail' eating. I desire to honour the whole animal. I especially like the quality of the belly pork and the ratio of fat to meat. Thank you deeply for your service :)”

“I have repeatedly ordered rose veal fillet and rose real fillet steaks which have been consistently excellent. However on this occasion I added rose veal liver to my order, and this was a great disappointment. The pack contained four thick slices of liver (I always believe that calves liver should be sliced thinly), and these were all extremely tough. I fried the slices quickly in butter and then simmered them for a few minutes with onions and Marsala - the juice was delicious but the liver remained as tough as leather and inedible.”
