“I discovered Alternative Meats last year when searching for a source for veal to make our traditional Christmas meal of Wiener Schnitzel. The service was exceptional and personal and the veal was delicious! I ordered from them again this year...which says it all! Thank you! Merry (Covid) Christmas! Stay safe.”

Hello Po, Thanks for your kind review. We do find it impossible at busy times to predict what will be available fresh or frozen, as we are drawing constantly on both types of stock. For instance, most items can be arranged on a chilled delivery if preferred but this takes a lot of organisation and most customers are not prepared to wait or a week or two whilst all the different types of products arrive in fresh to us. To get around this problem we have put a note at the checkout warning customers that their order may be frozen, chilled or a mix of both unless they state otherwise. The frozen product can be transferred straight to your freezer, the chilled product can be frozen if you choose.

Hi Cesarina, I'm sorry to hear you had a disappointing result with your Goat order from us. We do have some lovely recipes available on our website for curry which are recommendations from Chefs that we supply. I know you do enjoy our Wagyu as you have been ordering from us for a while now, but of course the two meats do not compare.
