Mangalitza sausages the best sausages I've ever tasted. My husband likes spicy, I don't, but these were perfect for both of us. I keep coming back for the wagyu beef as it is so good. It does release a lot of fat when browned but this is easily drained off. Makes the best cottage pie where the flavour of the meat shines through. The shin is my go-to for a casserole, low and slow. Oh, and the service is pretty good as well.
