Hello Po, Thanks for your kind review. We do find it impossible at busy times to predict what will be available fresh or frozen, as we are drawing constantly on both types of stock. For instance, most items can be arranged on a chilled delivery if preferred but this takes a lot of organisation and most customers are not prepared to wait or a week or two whilst all the different types of products arrive in fresh to us. To get around this problem we have put a note at the checkout warning customers that their order may be frozen, chilled or a mix of both unless they state otherwise. The frozen product can be transferred straight to your freezer, the chilled product can be frozen if you choose.

Hi Cesarina, I'm sorry to hear you had a disappointing result with your Goat order from us. We do have some lovely recipes available on our website for curry which are recommendations from Chefs that we supply. I know you do enjoy our Wagyu as you have been ordering from us for a while now, but of course the two meats do not compare.

“I have been using Alternative Meats since they started business (quite some years ago!), and have never had a single issue or problem, so I cant tell you what their complaints system is like, but I can say every other part of their practice is A*, and the produce is equally superb.”

“I have ordered from Alternative Meats several times this year, always super, top quality meats, poultry, bacon and sausages that have made perfect gifts to thank family members for their support in COVID lockdown, for birthdays and now Christmas. The parcels have been practical but extra special treats, delivered frozen ready for transfer to the freezer. Their personal service is second to none, Diane has been exceptionally helpful, responding quickly to my enquiry and arranging my order in separate bundles. Everyone I have given parcels to has been thrilled with the quality and taste. Super.”
