Although charged for pigeon, it wasn't sent and, on querying this, we were finally told it was out of stock. We have received a refund now. There were also items that were obviously not frozen. We didn't know whether they should have been and had defrosted. On enquiring, we were told that they had been sent unfrozen but could be put in our freezer if we wished.
