“Ordered a Bokken as a gift for Christmas. Product was good and arrived on time. However the tsuba was missing so I emailed Bytomic and a tsuba was sent out in good time for Christmas.”

“Delivered promptly but not as described. Was advertised as 55% cotton, 45% polyester but it's actually the other way around.”

“Great products but being charged for extremely slow delivery feels like the opposite to what most online companies do these days. Either free and slow or paid and quick delivery is the standard.”
