“I recentley purchased a top ten avantgarde headguard from bytomic. I did have a slight problem with my order. I opted for free delivery, which unfortanetly was sent Via Evri, which resulted in my order being stuck in limbo. ( i'd reccomend paying for 1st class delivery). I raised the issue on the bytomic website which stonewalled me. However i did phone the bytomic sales rep who got a replacement sent. So that was a hood turnaroud. I think bytomic are hood for customer service when you deal with human reps and not A.I. If they ditch Evri i'll be even mote on board using bytomic for future purchases.”

“Ordered some items from Bytomic and when I confirmed the order I realised the address was incorrect. I phoned up the next day and a very helpful guy sorted the error out immediately for me and the parcel arrived promptly after that. Great service.”

“I still haven't received the gloves , your very bad choice of courier Lost it. Your costumer service promptly recorded for me but days after I receive an email saying the order was cancelled for lack of stock. I still didn't receive my refund”

“Good quality gear. But I never get a vat invoice sent. There is never an invoice on my orders list. A really bad system for invoicing customers.”

“purchased some white contact trousers cause i was struggling to find a pair big enough around the waist, these are great only critique is the legs are quite wide but apart from that not a bad fit, it's difficult to get gi's to fit a larger person because they go on height which is rediculous, not everyone is the same size, there is definitely a market for someone to make larger fitting combat wear.”
