“so i picked a top of the range door from this company, all was well until they received my first payment, that's when it started to go wrong, i was assured the doors would be here in 8 weeks, 12 weeks later still no doors. and they was honestly the most unhelpfull bunch i've ever come across. the lady or rotweiler in the office as she became known is dam right rude, and as a business owner myself, if she was representing my company id be mortified. so we got the doors fitted all be it over a month late, only to find they fitted silver hinges on all black doors, and when i raised this, they quickly tried to turn it and say that's what i had ordered when i had infact got the order in front of me. well nearly 2 weeks later they agreed to fix it and that was the last i heard for over 3 months, until I had the pleasure of a phone call off no other..... the rottweiler. who then rather than ask, preceded to tell me she is sending a fitter on Monday { its now Friday} make sure someone is in. And that was her being polite for once. the one shining light is the fitter, really nice bloke and done a great job. its just a real pitty about there front of house.”

“Appalling. Needed a repair and was told to contact Ethan. He arranged to come on Saturday morning, but never turned up with no explanation. Eventually received a message that night saying he'd had a problem but would come the following week - fair enough. Messaged to ask approximately when and never received a reply. Total waste of time”
