Appalling. Needed a repair and was told to contact Ethan. He arranged to come on Saturday morning, but never turned up with no explanation. Eventually received a message that night saying he'd had a problem but would come the following week - fair enough. Messaged to ask approximately when and never received a reply. Total waste of time
