“so i picked a top of the range door from this company, all was well until they received my first payment, that's when it started to go wrong, i was assured the doors would be here in 8 weeks, 12 weeks later still no doors. and they was honestly the most unhelpfull bunch i've ever come across. the lady or rotweiler in the office as she became known is dam right rude, and as a business owner myself, if she was representing my company id be mortified. so we got the doors fitted all be it over a month late, only to find they fitted silver hinges on all black doors, and when i raised this, they quickly tried to turn it and say that's what i had ordered when i had infact got the order in front of me. well nearly 2 weeks later they agreed to fix it and that was the last i heard for over 3 months, until I had the pleasure of a phone call off no other..... the rottweiler. who then rather than ask, preceded to tell me she is sending a fitter on Monday { its now Friday} make sure someone is in. And that was her being polite for once. the one shining light is the fitter, really nice bloke and done a great job. its just a real pitty about there front of house.”

“We used Access Garage doors for the first time and had a front door and garage door fitted. The team provided a great service, from their advice when they came to measure up, good quality products, reasonably priced and knowledgeable fitters who did a great job and kept everything tidy. We’d definitely recommend!”

“Access Garage doors have just completed the installation of three Hormann doors. Front and rear entrance doors and a sectional electronic garage door. Jermaine, Ethan and Stef are consummate professionals and the job was completed flawlessly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Competitive, punctual, overall first class.”

“I have recently had a replacement garage door fitted and am very happy with the whole experience. It is smooth running, quiet, pleasing to the eye and economical to buy. The fitter Jermaine was punctual, never stopped and did a fine job. I would recommend Access Garage Doors to anyone requiring this service.”

“We’ve just had a Hormann garage door fitted by Access Garage Doors. The whole experience from Damion coming to survey and giving a very competitive price, to Jermaine fitting the door and surrounds, was excellent. The standard of workmanship was very good and the whole process was straightforward. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.”

“Excellent service provided by Damion. Nothing was too much, provided good advice and information to accommodate my specific requirement. The price quoted was very reasonable too. The fitters were brilliant arriving promptly and undertook the work to a high a standard. I would have no reservation in using Access Garage doors again or referring to family and friends. Great company and can’t speak highly of Damion. Thank you.”

“A great service from start to finish, initial onsite visit from Damion who worked with our builder to ensure the measurements were correct and went through the available options and price with us. Damion return to site once the new garage was built to double check the measurements with the builder. On the day of installation everything arrived as per plan and installation went very smoothly, door looks great and works perfectly! A great experience from start to finish, great value and high standard workmanship. Very polite installer and excellent attention to details. I would highly recommend this company.”

“Price was very competitive. Damien is one of the most professional people I’ve dealt with and his young staff who came to fit the door were exceptional. It’s very rarer nowadays to find young people who are this professional, good at what they do, and polite. Tge sort of people I would definitely employ myself. Highly recommend this company”

“We've had a Hormann garage door fitted for a couple of years - very happy with it and I found Access to be the most competitive price. A motor failure (manufacturing issue) required a replacement. Within a week Damion's team had visited the site, identified the issue, and a replacement was installed under warranty within a few days. Brilliant after sales support! This is how it should be done. Very impressed.”
