“Customer service absolutely amazing! The company got in touch to query my prescription and after speaking to a lovely lady, she recommended a cheaper mask but wanted to check her advice with a colleague. Very soon after her call, a lovely advisor called Martin phoned to confirm her recommendation and changed the order, sent me a partial refund and dispatched the order with next day delivery. They provided the opportunity to try the mask and return if there was a problem. There wasn’t, it’s absolutely brilliant and I am really grateful for the amazing service, the opportunity to save some money and to try the product so quickly. Highly recommend this company and the products, very high quality. Thanks! Clare.”

“Ordered a pair of prescription inserts for some ski googles which arrived promptly but I had cocked up the prescription when filling out the order form so they were not useable. I contacted sports eyewear direct and they couldn't have been more helpful. They rushed through another order for me, FOC and got them delivered in time for our family ski holiday. Can't fault the service, first class. Thank you !”

“Absolutely first class service. I have a very strong prescription and needed som swimming goggles at short notice for my holiday. My optician was not very helpful. Price quoted was high and turnaround too long. I phoned Sports Eyewear Direct and received some very helpful advice. I placed an order and received the goods within 24 hours.
