“The order was shipped within the timescales provided. I was worried about the prescription being incorrect, as a lot of eyewear manufacturers were unable to accommodate the strength I required. Not only is the prescription perfect, but it was far cheaper than I was quoted by about 5 other companies for the same requirement. 10/10 would recommend”

“Speed and communication is excellent. Quality of the product seems great. Time will tell with more use but I dont expect any issues. 2x2 ProCoat - Anti-Reflex Coatong & Anti Fog seems weak and not worth the uplift. The anti-reflection obviously works as expected. The glasses fogged up immediately after putting them on despite being indoors and sitting on the sofa. For whatever reason I didn't receive a lens wipe!?!? Honestly this pisses me off and im stunned that I can fork out almost £200 and not get any wipe for it. While a small detail it is a basic foundational requirement.”

We are really sorry to hear of your experience with our goggles! Unfortunately, overtightening can sometimes causes leaks due to the new modern silicone eye seal shape. We would highly recommend changing the nose bridge and if that doesn't work - Pop us an email/Call us and we can work together to find a goggle of better fit for you!

“Outstanding customer service and genuine care!!! As a parent of a child who wears glasses and prescription goggles I honestly had not considered how we would manage this for our first family ski trip. We realised quite late that he would need a solution to wear his glasses safely under ski goggles and most providers simply said it could not be done within the 10 day timeframe. Trinity was completely different. She went above and beyond to find a solution rather than turning us away. She organised lenses and anti fog spray that work over his existing glasses so he can wear goggles comfortably and safely for his first ever ski trip. This level of care and problem solving is so rare. Where others said no Trinity found a way that genuinely works for our child and for our family. Thank you Trinity for your kindness effort and determination. You truly deserve a big thank you and definitely a little office treat.”

The goggles are a game changer enabling me to keep an eye on my GPS tracker whilst swimming without stopping and trying to focus on splits and distance etc. I had to adjust the bridge strap over nose slightly to get the correct fit, other than that they did not leak a drop doing 1.3KM and are as comfortable as any of the well known brands. Love them !!”
