“The process was simple from beginning to end. I needed to sell my Fathers house quickly and it took 3 and a half months from ringing them to completion. All the staff were extremely helpful and I was kept up to date every step of the way. There was no stress or worry. I would definitely recommend British Home Sellers.”

“5 star experience with BHB after months of trying to sell my flat the traditional way. it was sold within weeks. They gave confidence that they knew what they were doing and researched the market balancing that alongside my needs. A number of flats in my block had been up for sale for over 6 to 12 months and were over-valued. It is worth remembering that your home you are selling is only worth what somebody is prepared to pay at that point in time. Staff were always polite and helpful. I would recommend and use again if needed”

“Very happy with the service from British Homebuyers in selling a family member’s bungalow. From the initial emails and phone calls, every query was answered promptly (and we had lots of them). We proceeded with marketing the property with them and within the space of 10 days we received an offer from the 1st people to view. (Something that 2 local estate agents hadn’t managed in the previous 18 months)! Sale has now completed, and the only delay was from the solicitors. We were kept up to date throughout the process from BHB, and I plan to use them for another property in the coming months.”

“All the staff I dealt with both Mollie's, Alex and Charles were excellent, they said they hoped to sale my house with in 4 wks it was actually 5, but that was my fault not theirs cos I was away, if id not been away they'd have sold it in 3 wks, that what I call excellent. I can not thank them enough for all the work they did and how quickly they sold. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who wants to move.”

“Buyer within two weeks! After several months for sale with a local agent I transferred to British Home Buyers and within two weeks I had a buyer. The actual sale was rather protracted, through no fault of BHB, but Robert kept in regular contact throughout the process. Would definitely consider using again.”

“Brilliant service from start to finish. Robert and his team kept in touch constantly from marketing the property, getting viewings, dealing with the offer and eventual sale, where four local estate agents in Derbyshire had failed , British homebuyers achieved a sale and from the initial offer in mid April 2025, we had completed by 22 nd August 25 and moved in just four months. Would highly recommend the for anyone having trouble selling . I’m so glad I phoned the number on the mailout I received through the post ….otherwiseId still be trying to sell with hopeless Derbyshire estate agents….”

“We turned to British homebuyers having had horrendous experiences with local estate agents. So glad we did. An efficient professional service throughout with excellent open and honest communication at every step. They filter out the tyre kickers so you only get viewings by serious buyers. Of particular note was Alex Clendon, who kept us informed and made us feel cared for and that we really mattered. Forget the rest get the best, worth every penny. Excellent customer service thanks.”

“Having not been in the property market for over 20 years, the current process was a little daunting however the professional & courteous service of the British HomeSellers staff helped to make this experience more manageable. I give particular mention to Alex Clendon who I dealt with for the majority of what felt like a long and arduous process however Alex kept me informed and helped with the usual anxiety this can cause. Although it is not a local estate agent experience, this certainly didn’t affect the timely communication received throughout the process. Alex even called me on this August BH in response to a message I left him following my move date of 22/8/25 just to make sure everything was now okay. I would certainly recommend British HomeSellers to others entering the property selling process.”
