“I am very pleased the way the sale of my properties was dealt with. There were 4 properties in total. One of them was bit tricky and complecated but Sidraa and Tom dealth with this very proffessionaly. In fact all of the staff of Winston Solicitors were very helpful. “Very thorough and professional, addresses all queries and kept me updated throughout the process. Never managed to have a call answered, however (there were small moments on panic involved on my end). As a first time buyer I was hoping for more guided approach, many documets were 'for my attention' without any indication what I am supposed to do with them (I can appreciate my mortgage broker might have spoiled me on this front). Overall the process went smoothly, without any documents/queries missed, even thought it was handled by 3-4 people .”

“Very Good service. Online updates detailing each process and when each was completed. Able to contact easily and quickly for updates. opportunity to have face-to-face, by appointment. Selling of property was relatively quick and actiual completion was smooth and well within agreed timescale. Cost was very reasonable and all relative checks performed. Just missed a five, as change of staff affected cpmmunication somewhat. All okay now though, Thanks allat Winston Solicitors!”

“I worked with Leasa on the purchase of my new home in Leeds. Leasa's clear expertise in conveyancing kept me at ease throughout the process, and she gave me invaluable guidance as we encountered the inevitable bumps in the road. During the back and forth that comes with the process it felt like the ball was hardly in Winstons court for more than a day on any occasion.
