“An excellent, laid back and thorough introduction to playing guitar for beginners. The course also allows, once you have learned just a few chords, to go away and practice on songs you want lear and yet still come back and learn more. An excellent purchase and I am really pleased I found YGA when I did.”

“I look forward to my lessons everyday! Teacher is a combination of down to earth and professional. Very easy to understand. I like that he misses in theory of guitar, as well. This helps me to better understand all this strings and frets. Coming from a classical pianist background, the structured approach is what I needed (I tried several!).”

“I'm working my way through electric guitar for beginners having first completed the excellent and enjoyable 30 day beginners challenge. The courses are easy to follow, fun and comprehensive. The tone of the lessons is relaxed and the host, Dan, is a likeable guy. Thoroughly enjoyed everything from YGA. Thanks”

“I'm working on a few of the YGA courses at the moment and the standard across them all is very high. The videos and printed material is comprehensive and easy to follow. This course in particular is perfect for me at this stage and has really helped me make a jump to the next level. Coming across these guys was a real find for me - I would recommend to anyone who's interested in improving their guitar skills.”

“I’ve tried many other Guitar Gym courses but this is by far the best one I have used. Dan a such a great teacher and motivator and for once I have found someone who is also on my musical wavelength. Highly recommended!!”

“I have bought dozens of online courses. This is the first course where I saw major improvement in my playing. And this was not after months of practicing, but within the first week and the first few lessons. The mixing of major and minor pentatonic is clearly explained with great examples and is a game changer to my lead playing.”
