“Excellent course. Reminds me of the etudes I used to practice when playing piano. The exercises created more facility toward the fretboard and were quite enjoyable. The teacher has a great attitude and makes the course fun!”

“Die Videos finde ich sehr gut, das ebook und die Audios sind meiner Meinung nach verbesserungsbedürftig . Es wäre besser die Texte der Lieder zusammen mit den Akkorden abzudrucken, das macht das spielen einfacher ( vielleicht nicht nur für mich ), bei den Audios fehlen z.B. die Übungen Swung - Straight mit der jeweiligen Akkordkombination. Übrigens habe ich diese Hinweise bereits letzte Woche mitgeteilt, aber leider noch keine Antwort erhalten; also besser keine Antwort innerhalb von 24 Stunden zusagen!? Die weiteren Kurse habe ich noch nicht bearbeitet, kann also - noch - nichts dazu sagen-. Es wäre im übrigen gut, weitere Kurse für Akkustik - Gitarre anzubieten, die auf den vorhandenen Kursen aufbauen!!!!”

“Really informative, can't complain about it really as I got it from Amazon with a guitar tuner bundled for free the first course, so it's really if anything given me a good insight into a top tutoring/learning site with loads of material. I will be buying some new courses in due time but still need to learn the first beginners level. Thanks a lot your guitar academy. “Tried to pick up a guitar a few times over the years and ended up giving up because it was too hard or I wasn't having fun or whatever. This Christmas I decided to stop being a baby and put some proper effort in, ordered a book and some plectrums and got a free guitar course with the plectrums I ordered! In about 10 weeks I have gone from useless to actually being able to sound competent at the guitar. Great course, actually fun to play, some good focus on techniques and I'm looking forward to starting the next one!”

“I have hundreds of online courses, literally, and this is by far the one that taught me the most in the least amount of time, and improved by soloing more than any other course I've taken from other sites. The only thing I would want more from this, is if there could have been a short section that taught beginners how to lay down the great backing tracks that were improvised and put in a looper during the course. Of course, B.B. never played rhythm, but still being able to solo over my own loop would have been great.”

“This is an excellent theory course taking you from the basics to greatly understanding music. Even if you have previously taken a theory course, Dan tutors in a way that ties elements of theory together that you may have missed or need a refresher. I had previously taken the RCM theory courses but found this one was very practical especially for guitar players. Thanks Dan for the great presentation of the material!”
