“I have never got along with a Nato style Strap but the octopod system look interesting and i thought i would give a try ... Its a Genius solution to the nato style strap that looks great and i love the fininsh of the buckle . Highly Reccomended !!!!!”

“The buckle is easy to install and fits well. Much better than using a conventional pin buckle as it can be infinitely adjusted in length. Some of the edges are a little sharper than I would like, but not excessively. After the initial investment for the buckle, buying more straps is very cheap.”

“I pondered buying this for about 6 months & wished I’d done it sooner. Probably could have paid for it in standard NATO straps I bought in that time. I can’t fault the clasp in build quality, it is also nice and slim. The only reason I have not given it 5 stars, as it is a bit fiddly to fit to each strap. Maybe it gets easier with practice, but I can actually see me buying more clasps for each strap I have. It provides the best of both worlds for me; comfort, low weight and style of a NATO, but security and convenience of a bracelet clasp. Highly recommended.”

“I had gotten a full Octopod kit, and loved its fit and feel with the watch I'd bought it for. Since it came with the other straps I felt I could get another buckle and match up a different watch at the same time. Works great and definately would recommend.”
