“I started using Saffrosun with Marine Minerals to help with menopause hot flushes, whilst I still experience the odd hot flush I do think they are much reduced. What I do find since taking these tablets is a greater feeling of calm, I can work through a stressful day and keep relatively calm, issues which would have seen me become stressed almost wash over me. The help and advice I receive from the pharmacist is excellent as I wanted to avoid HRT and use more natural remedies for this natural period in a woman's life. “I found when using this product my sleep pattern was more settled, I don't sleep well. It also seem to aid my GERD symptoms, that could have been because I was sleeping better but I had a reduction of symptoms. Recovery from exercise was noted too. There was a few times I thought I should have had bad doms but they never happened. I'm definitely going to try this longer term.”
