“Easy to swallow which for me is a must! I wasn't sure at first that they where actually doing anything for me but I persevered in taking them until a good few months in I got out of the habit and hadn't taken them for about two weeks. Didn't think anything of it until about the third week when I started to get really stressed out and really REALLY irritable - like the worse pre menstrual feelings. It stood out to me as I hadn't experience feelings like this for months. In wondering what the heck was going on I realised it correlated with not taking the Safrosun! If I felt like this the whole time before taking them then wow! I try never to forget a day now.”

“I’m just finishing my second month of Saffrosun with Marine Minerals and I feel much better both with sleep and energy levels. I’m a woman in my late 40s with an underactive thyroid and I can feel the improvement in my daytime energy levels. I also suffered with poor sleep prior to taking this supplement, but I now find if I do wake in the night then I go back to sleep quickly. I now have a monthly subscription and would definitely recommend this supplement.”

“I received the capsules very promptly. I have taken them for a month and will try one more month because it's hard to say how much effect they have had. At least I don't feel worse!”
