“These have definitely taken the edge off anxiety after a difficult and stressful few months. I'm no longer jittery for no reason and feel much calmer day to day. Unfortunately they have yet to help with my sleep - or lack of it! - which was my initial reason for purchasing but I remain hopeful.”
