“The prebiotics in these don't agree with me. They probably would have been fine, but they have prebiotics in, so if you have any gut issues, bloating, IBS and on a low FODMAPS diet you might not get on with these. Saffron itself I find useful, but on it's own.”

Everyone’s gut is unique, and sensitivities can vary, especially for those following a low FODMAP diet or managing IBS. “I have been taking these now for few weeks and I believe my energy level went up, I think I am more focused as well, however too early to give some final thoughts. I will order another pack and will know moreover after taking it for two months.”
