“On my third bottle of Bergatone and no side effects to note. Sleeping well and my digestive system is settled. Haven't had my cholesterol checked since taking it so I can't comment on whether that has improved. The only negative is that you have to remember to take it 30 minutes before a meal which can sometimes be tricky if you are out and about and not sure when you will be eating.”

“This is fantastic news! I have been subscribing to Bergamot for some months but was considering stopping as I simply found it too difficult to remember to take 20-30 mins before food. I therefore ended up not taking it as I should do. This new formulation should be so much better for that reason alone! Looking forward to seeing how I get on with this new and improved version! “Have been using Bergatone alongside a calorie deficit diet. The tablets have to be taken 20-30minutes before food 3 times per day. (This can become tricky if you are out or generally just remembering to take tablets.) I have added these to my daily routine of about 3 months i like the tablets but have not noticed any drastic changes and as i have been on a calorie deficit diet i am sure this contributed more to my weightloss not these tablets. I am on my last bottle of 3 and will continue to give them a go. Maybe i could have some more information on how to get the best out of the product.”

Hi Violet, many thanks for your review! We undestand that it can sometimes be difficult to remeber to take the Bergatone before food. If you do forget to take the Bergatone with food we would recommend to take it when you remember instead of missing a dose as this way you will still benefit from taking the Bergatone.
