“Can't say I've noticed any difference in my weight and I have used it a few times but I hope it's doing some good, when is the best time to take it? I'm having a break from it at moment thanks”

“Generously scored 2 stars, as opposed to the nil my heart tells me, because I assume they must be doing something good given all the blurb. In reality I feel and look no different after two months. Perhaps these need to be taken when one’s head is truly in a weightloss mode with full focus and determination? Very expensive waste of money. IF a miracle should happen whilst taking contents of remaining bottles, I will retract this review and rave accordingly!!”

We do recommend taking Metabolic Gold for a minimum of 3 months to see changes as it can take this amount of time to start to see and experience the benefits.
