“I am on my 3rd week with bergatone, i am unsure if it is working or making any changes as i didn't do a cholesterol check etc before hand and my weight hasn't rapidly dropped. With bergatone it says to take 20/30 mins before food, this can be challenging you have to remember to do it, then sometimes if i have forgotten i take it with food, these are the only issues i have as i am unsure if i am irrelevancing the process by doing this. But its early days any more information a professional could give me for bergatone gratefully appreciated thanks”
