“Unfortunately these were not for me. Within 30 minutes of taking the first capsule I suffered from intense heartburn. I persevered with the tablets for 5 days but felt so uncomfortable I had to cease taking them, it took another week after I had stopped for the heartburn to go away. Also one other side effect I found was that they increased the frequency that I needed to pass urine.”

“I started taking the capsules when I'd been under the weather. Also, I'd gained a lot of weight around my waist. The combination of bad weather and the Covid pandemic was preventing me from going out for walks and I was starting to look old and tired. I thought the Bergatone formula sounded as though it might help, and I believe it has. I am more 'regular' with my bowel movements than previously and I can see an improvement in my outline. My doctor is keen to make me keep taking statins, but I would prefer to substitute the Bergatone.”

“I haven't been feeling at my best for some time, feeling 'tubby' and lethargic, so I thought I'd give these capsules a whirl. I've been taking them for a couple of months now, one before breakfast and two before my evening meal. I certainly feel slimmer around the waist and I'm hoping my GP will be pleased and will stop trying to make me take a huge dose of a statin to control my cholesterol. My next blood test is due in four months and I hope that by then there'll be a measurable improvement. I'm not expecting miracles, I'm coming up to my 80th birthday and having to look after an increasingly dependent husband means I can't get out and exercise as much as I'd like to. With swimming pools closed and the winter coming on, I certainly needed to find something to help me. Let's hope Bergatone will do just that.”
