“Four stars because it doesn’t cause any tummy upset problems but I am still struggling with sleep. Having said that I have only taken this for a couple of weeks so maybe given time it will help, I do hope so.”

“Taken for a month.First magnesium supplement not to upset stomach so good from that point.Not sure it helps with sleep as probably not taken for long enough.Cost of living means cannot afford to take for longer but would continue if could afford”

“I’ve suffered from chronic MTP since childhood and have been taking various magnesium supplements to help with this and I’ve found this one particularly good. In fact, I’d go so far as to say my pain levels are pretty negligible lately and this is the only change I’ve made so definitely going to stick with this. “I have tried several Magnesium pills over the years and never found any difference with them until I tried the Naked Pharmacy’s ones. I now sleep a lot deeper and my restless legs have settled down. I have these on auto delivery as just won’t be without them knowing all the benefits of taking them. I also recommended them to my parents and both have found an improvement with them and also have them now on auto delivery too. My dad sleeps better and my mum has found an improvement in her bloods re her heart health and the only alteration to her meds was adding in Marine Magnesium and she is also finding not as many aches and pains in her legs. So you have 3 delighted customers.”
