“I have tried magnesium before but felt no different. I didn’t realise there were different types of magnesium so after watching Liz Earle talking about this marine magnesium I thought I’d give it a go. It has made a big difference to my sleep pattern and my restless legs stopped almost immediately. Throughly recommended.”

“This product gave me an upset stomach and no one offered me a refund, only the 1 packet I didn’t open and had to pay for return. I dod not bother as it was too much hassle and would not recommend both for product or customer service.”
