“I first purchased Marine Magnesium to help with a constantly broken sleep pattern. I was sceptical about whether it would work or not - but it has! I may not get a full 8 hours (not sure whether 8 hours is a necessity) but I certainly have been sleeping far more deeply and regularly get an unbroken 6 hours. Not sure as to its efficacy for stress, nerves and mental clarity but as for sleeping it's great, and I suppose a better sleep contributes towards improvements with those other issues.”

“This did not affect my sleep at all. Kept waking up and the same difficulty in getting back to sleep as before. Also upset my stomach. However, I will keep trying as I may not have given it enough time.”

“I didn’t realise that I was already taking my daily allowance of Magnesium (350mg) in another supplement actually I was taking over my limit so I really don’t need more. However I do take one tablet per day which hasn’t given me diarrhoea (as overdosing tends to do) so all is well. I won’t be reordering though for the reasons above.”

“I love this on second pouch and now I've got my husband taking them . Sleep has improved according to my tracker as I wasn't hitting target for deep sleep! and I do feel less stressed took a couple weeks tho . Love there's no nasty xxx”
