“Finally a natural magnesium that does what it says on the packet ( SLEEP) most have upset my stomach..I've followed the protocol for bathing in it everynight for the first week (30 mins a time as hot as you can tolerate) then 3 times a week for 3 months.. just to get it in your system. Amazing what lengths I've gone too in aid of sleep during menapause. It did work but what a hard routine to maintain weekly there after And now marine magnesium sleep depravation over, i feel renewed....thankyou naked pharmacy”

“I've had insomnia for over a year, and I can't explain how amazing this product has been for me, I've been taking this product for just over a week, I'm falling asleep naturally and having a restful sleep. It's been amazing for me. I've tried other products that just haven't worked. Thankyou for finally helping me get some sleep. I can't recommend this product enough”

“This is my very 1st time at trying the Marine Magnesium capsules and for me they have been a game changer. I have been taking them now for 2 weeks and after 30 years of suffering with insomnia and trying other brands of magnesium and taking antidepressants with sedative properties because that's all doctors can prescribe these days and that just failing for me also, I am now finally sleeping.
