“I have suffered with lack of sleep and restless legs for years. I have been on marine magnesium for just over a month and I can honestly say I sleep better and I haven't had restless legs since.”

“Four stars because it doesn’t cause any tummy upset problems but I am still struggling with sleep. Having said that I have only taken this for a couple of weeks so maybe given time it will help, I do hope so.”

“Taken for a month.First magnesium supplement not to upset stomach so good from that point.Not sure it helps with sleep as probably not taken for long enough.Cost of living means cannot afford to take for longer but would continue if could afford”

“I’ve suffered from chronic MTP since childhood and have been taking various magnesium supplements to help with this and I’ve found this one particularly good. In fact, I’d go so far as to say my pain levels are pretty negligible lately and this is the only change I’ve made so definitely going to stick with this.
